Belle Pagaille presents

This show combines circus acts, dance, music and images to relate the sagas and describe the personalities of the women adventurers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as told in their own accounts.

These heroines make their way through town, lay claim to the streets and village squares, appear amidst passersby and take them along on their adventures. The audience is one of the driving forces behind the show.

These amazing women embark on their city odyssey perched on spectacular floats, the individual stages for each character. We are speaking of intrepid adventurers in crinoline petticoats who dropped everything for tea time. Before women’s liberation, these female explorers opened the way for today’s women to participate in the most audacious adventures.
